Dr. Simon brings over 35 years of experience and leadership from the public and private sectors, and from academia. He has been a VA counseling psychologist, VA supervisory psychologist, statewide VA rehabilitation and counseling program chief, rehabilitation consultant, university faculty member, professional journal editor, and author. His specialties include vocational assessment of persons with disabilities, geriatric assessment and care planning, Social Security disability, VA vocational rehabilitation, career counseling, life care planning, research, and human services agency administration. Dr. Simon has a Ph.D. in counselor education from Kent State University, with specialties in evaluation and measurement, and a master's in rehabilitation counseling from the University of Florida. He is licensed to practice counseling in several states.
As a management consultant, Matt has over 12 years of experience helping health care organizations of all sizes with financial, operational and strategic decisions. Matt has worked with public and non-profit acute care hospitals, rehabilitation companies, and long-term care providers, and offers expertise in helping organizations leverage technology to meet their goals. He holds a bachelor's degree from Emory University and a master's in health administration from The Ohio State University.

Kim has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, and experience in mechanical engineering, software engineering, project management, and organization administration.

Diane holds a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Job Placement and Counseling from Drake University.
