This program is a comprehensive self, occupational, and educational exploration tool. It can help a client inventory their personal characteristics, work and education history, their personal preferences, and your transferable skills. It will then relate these factors to appropriate occupational information from the latest U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Information Network (O*NET) databases . If you wish, however, you can use it with a client only for transferable skills purposes. After entering the Choices Planner (click on the arrow in the Choices Planner box), then click on Career Finder on the left side of the page, then click on Transferable Skills.
