This is a questionnaire which suggests whether an individual needs more
mental stimulation to reduce the risk for age related cognitive
decline, brain shrinkage, and risk of dementia. It is currently a
research tool and requires anyone who takes it online to accurately
insert their age and be at least age 65. Since the authors are using the
online results for research it is important that ONLY those who are age
65 and above take the questionnaire.
