Here’s how the Free Consultation or Free Response works: You can ask a question or pose a career issue through our secure e-mail. We will respond to you securely and confidentially. If you prefer, in your e-mail you can request a phone meeting to receive your response.
So, begin here. Once you register, you will be assigned a user ID and password. Keep these credentials in a safe place and do not share them with anyone.
In order to enter the Secure Client Area, log in with your user ID and password and agree to our policies. Then click on the e-mail icon and write to us with your question or issue.
While inside the Secure Client Area you can also review our full list of services and prices. You can find this information in the Files section.. Any questions you have can be addressed by e-mail or during a phone meeting.
