How to Receive Your Services
Follow these steps:
Step 1– If your Career Consultant asked you to complete the Intake form, click on the button below, complete the form and save it to your computer for future reference. Then e-mail it to us at consultant@hsoutcomes.com. If you were not asked to submit the Intake Form or if you have already submitted it, go directly to Step 2 (Phone or Video consult) or Step 3 (E-mail consult)
Step 2 (Phone or Video Consult)– If you are receiving a phone or video consult your Career Consultant may have already set up an appointment for you. If not, contact us at consultant@hsoutcomes.com and request an appointment. When you have the appointment date and time, click here for further instructions and be at your phone or computer (video only) at the time of your appointment. Your Consultant will initiate the contact with you. If you are only receiving an E-mail consult skip to Step 3. If you are doing both a phone or video consult AND an e-mail consult follow both Steps 2 and 3.
Step 3 (E-mail Consult)– If you are receiving an e-mail consult, complete the form below and submit. Your Consultant will reply within 24 hours to confirm that he/she understands the question and that the scope of the answer will be within the limits of the price we charged. If further clarification is needed or an additional charge is necessary, those issues can be covered in additional e-mail correspondence.
